GENERAL INFORMATION
Aaron & Wilson, LLP, is a small San Francisco-based firm representing clients throughout the greater Bay Area. We represent individuals and small businesses in the areas of employment, insurance, professional negligence and serious claims of personal injury.
EMPLOYMENT PRACTICE
Our employment practice, headed by Robert S. Aaron, has two distinct components.
Employees
First and foremost, we represent employees with claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination in violation of public policy and the nonpayment of wages and benefits (Go to "Article" from the homepage for further wage/benefit information). Our services include everything from the initial administrative filings with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) and/or the Equal Employment Opportunity Council (EEOC) through trial.
Employers
We also work with employers who are interested in the design and implementation of employment policies and practices which are fair and equitable. Our services include drafting and/or modifying personnel policies and/or employee handbooks, conducting fair, yet thorough investigations of employment disputes (e.g., claims of sexual harassment, employee misconduct, etc.), as well as early intervention when problems arise.
INSURANCE
Our insurance practice, headed by Timothy C. Wilson, emphasizes the representation of policyholders in disputes with insurance companies, including claims of failure to pay policy benefits, failure to defend, failure to settle within policy limits and actions for declaratory relief.
PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE
Our professional negligence practice, jointly overseen by Robert S. Aaron and Timothy C. Wilson, emphasizes the representation of injured persons with claims of legal and medical malpractice.
